A relative newcomer to the robotic vacuum market, Narwal offers a sweeping and mopping system that's impressive. However, it's expensive and hampered by a cumbersome app with a steep curve.

Features

The Narwal T10 robot vacuum can clean, scrub and sweep hard floors. Its innovative navigation and mapping system is based on simultaneous localization and mapping (SLAM) technology. It also has anti-collision and cliff-sensing technologies, which help to keep the machine from crashing into furniture or falling down stairs. Additionally, it is able to detect and avoid rugs, which is a common issue for many hybrid robot vacuums and mops.

The robot has two large water tanks, one for clean water and one for dirty. When it's time to mop it will automatically go to its base station, where it soaks its pads with clean water from the tank. Its vacuum power of 1,800Pa is less than that of more expensive robovacuums like the Roborock MaxV Ultra.

The Freo's smart mapping and deal navigation technologies give it the ability to adapt to a space and plan an optimized cleaning program. The Narwal T10 is more expensive than its competition and is still a reliable vacuum/mop unit. The Narwal T10's huge base station houses two 1.3 gallon tanks that have to be refilled frequently. This can be frustrating particularly if you're used to the more efficient filling tanks of other robots. The application is also a mess and a hassle and doesn't have the kinds of features for customization you'd expect from a more expensive robot.

App

The Narwal robot vacuum and mop is unique amongst all the other robovacs available.
